    You’re right the harmonic sequence diverges but this is not the harmonic sequence.
    Since the harmonic sequence says (sum of n=1 to infinity) 1/n.
    This is more like 1 + (sum of n=1 to infinity) 1/2^n
    And this converges to 1 + 1 = 2
